In beautiful cool California weather May 24,sixty golfers teed off for our Annual Celebrity Charity Golf Classic. This event raises funds for Jamaica Awareness Association of California’s yearly Health and Education mission to Jamaica.
The mission comprises of doctors, nurses, dentists educators and support staff who for one week
dedicate their service in the rural areas of selected parishes.
On behalf of Jamaica Awareness Association of California, the Golf Committee wishes to thank all who contributed to make this year’s Celebrity Charity Golf Classic a success. A very special thanks to Chris Spencer and Jeffrey Anderson Gunter for bringing out the celebrities. To the volunteers from JAAC and Caribbean Cricket Club and especially Ray Dinham for the lively entertaining music. We thank you.
