JAAC is dedicated to the advancement of the health and educational systems both locally in the United States and in Jamaica, and to making a real difference in the lives of the community by focusing on their education and concerns.

In 2017 and earlier this year, JAAC aided needy families at LA Family Housing which provides services to families in transition. We were also able to support the Salvation Army during Thanksgiving and fed over 50 families. We also sponsored several health fairs throughout the year. Finally, we were able to award two scholarships of $500.00 each to two needy students in the Los Angeles area.

Internationally, in June of this year, JAAC undertook its Annual Medical and Educational Missions to Jamaica and provided medical and education aid to the needy. During the missions, we provided medical screenings, dental care, vision evaluations, surgical training, and health education. Additionally, our educational services included scholarships, computer and technology training, as well as educational supplies.

Based on all that that was accomplished in 2017 and early 2018, we are anxiously looking forward to even greater success at this year’s event in support of 2019. Attached is our detailed listing of our sponsorship levels for the 2018 Fundraising Banquet.
